Applications

• Bonding rubber to metal and rubber to rubber.
• Conveyor pulley lagging.
• Repairs and splicing of conveyor belts with fabric plies (Nylon, Rayon, Polyester, and Cotton).
• Ideal for situations requiring slow curing with strong bond strength.

• Chemical Composition:
  • Polymeric mixture: 15 ± 2%
  • Aromatic & aliphatic hydrocarbon: 85 ± 2%
• Physical State: Liquid (at 25 °C)
• Colour: Greenish Yellow
• Density: 0.9 ± 0.03 at 25 °C
• Viscosity:
  • 8.5 – 10 minutes at 25 °C in Ford Cup Method
  • 2200 to 2500 mPa·s (HAAKE Viscometer, Spindle R4, 60 RPM)
• Fire Hazards: Solvent is flammable.
• Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months at less than 20 °C.
• Pot Life: 2 – 3 hours at 23 °C.

Application Procedure

1. Ensure surfaces are clean and free from contaminants.
2. Mix TC-310 adhesive with HC hardener according to specified ratios.
3. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces.
4. Allow for proper curing time as per detailed application instructions.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place below 20 °C, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.
